Goldman Reveals Black Workforce Numbers for the First Time

  • Goldman also shared that 105 out of 3,411 of its first-level officials (below executives) are Black.
  • CEO David Solomon noted there’s “still a long road” but remains committed to increasing Black leadership.
  • Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Citigroup disclosed 2-5% Black senior management.
  • Goldman is also asking shareholders to vote against an independent racial workforce audit.
