  • The brothers eventually joined the Nazi party, with Rudolf allegedly supportive and Adolf not so.
  • During WWII, the shoe factory was converted into a military weapons production facility.
  • After the war, disagreements led the brothers to split with Adolf starting Adidas and Rudolf Puma.
  • Rudolf tried sabotaging Adolf by claiming Adolf enthusiastically supported Nazis.
