- Why? – Telegram is less active in filtering content than more established social media platforms.
- White Supremacists use Telegram channels (eg “White Lives Matter”) to share explicit threats against protestors and black people – some of which have translated into violence.
- These channels also share tips on 3D printing guns and inciting a Civil War.
